I'd presume that there must be some prioritised list he is working his way down. Who knows though.

He could be chasing Koeman and using the other potential candidates as a leverage point to get Koeman to make a choice quickly which could backfire on him massively.

Surprised so many want Emery after Sevilla's league finish and terrible away record this season! Ok he has done amazing winning the Europa League 3 years on the bounce but I just have a bad feeling about him due to the above!

I want Frank de Boer over Koeman purely because Southampton were crap both times we played them this season!

Saying that though if it's not de Boer i would take Koeman!

Emery failed in Russia in the past and gave a deep impression to him, he said the main reason is language and thus poor communication with players, therefore I don't think he will rush to Premier League until he improve his English, he will not take a risk again, he will stay at Sevilla one more year, he can learn English this year and has much more choices when his contract ended next year. He have a job, he can play CL next season, he is no need to go PL so rush.....

same as this season then, so what?

All hypothetical mate. Not sure how youve decided we're putting all our eggs in the Koeman basket. I wouldnt worry about it

its amazing how many of my friends think we wouldnt have a hope with emery, most have them havent got a clue about moshiris investment ...really gone under the radar(or more likely people arent interested in everton lol)

TBF he hasn't actually even done anything worth talking about yet that any of the general public are aware of.

new stadium - in other people's eyes, same old Everton!

Manager sacked - must be getting Moyes back.

The longer he flies under the radar and the longer he actually is seen to be doing nothing, the more bad press and negative speculation will be made.

I think as far as Mush goes we have mate and there is too much feedback from the esk and others that is exactly the situation.
Deal with it.

I'd happily not win away for three seasons if we had a European trophy to celebrate come each May!

So we are having talks with Emery this week but we only want Koeman?

We might talk to Moyes but is doesn't mean we will hire him. It a process with a means to an end.
Look if he drops Koeman and hires Emery then I will be happy with that but all the signs are he wants Koeman as his no 1 preferred choice.

Mate you do realsie that this season in the league they finished poorly for a very good reason, they couldn't realsitically make the top 4 by that point, they where far enough of 8th place that they knew they would still finish at worst 7th so qualify for Europe again next season, and they had two cup competitions that they where in still - spanish final and EL semi then final, so rested a lot to focus on those competitions, which was a spot on thing for them to do tactically

As for the away record, yup same manager is traditionally quite strong away from home though and would rather focus on the fact he had a 35 game unbeaten streak with Sevilla at one point, imagine going almost 2 seasons without losing a home game in the same division as Madrid, Athletico and Barca...
