Next manager discussion (poll reset 21/05/2016)

Of the candidates known to be in the frame, two are currently available and two under contract. If Pellegrini or de Boer were the first choice candidates then there would be no reason to not conclude the deal and announce our new manager.

The two other candidates are Koeman and Emery, both still under contract, and it's not fully established whether we have met or will meet Emery at all.

We can't be unhappy if these are the choices we have, can we lids?......can we?

May I ask why you feel we need a new manager currently?

What do you want the new manager to be doing?

It's no sweat of my sack like, I just thought maybe, just maybe we could have had a replacement in mind before we got rid of Martinez, obviously not though, or was it Jose? lol.

What and line up a new manager based on the possibility that at some point in the future, timeframe unknown, there might be a vacancy?

Do you not think some clubs line up replacements before getting rid of current staff mate?

The Moyes fiasco is just further reason why Bill Kenwright has to get out of this club for good. 0 ambition, safety the aim.

Anyway, no chance he's coming. I'm fairly certain he's a last resort in the overwhelmingly unlikely event we fail to appoint Emery, Koeman, Pellegrini, De Boer or Favre.

Kenwright isn't making the decision.

Everton haven't contacted him yet so his brother claims. Which is strange and a bit everton that he might be a useful fallback if top targets get away. Typical we won't get our top targets and De bout will be tapped up and left with moyes. Bill will be crying with joy.

It could also be that we're just not interested in him.

With respect , why on earth are we meeting Moyes ? If we are that is!?

There's no suggestion we are going to meet Moyes. All that's been reported is that Kenwright had a call with Moyes over the vacancy - what was said, and what the call was about is not reported neither.

The whole Moyes episode is being blown out of the water. It's not going to happen.
