Now lads I'm just back from the hospital with my little fella... Catching up on the news here ... Are people been serious about Simone ? I've had a long tough day ... Imagine just imagine we got either Emery or Simone ... Imagine wiping that smile off the faces of the likes of Danny Murphy and the rest ... ...... Team Moshiri !!!
Sorry to read about your boy, sort your family out then come on here for some crazy escapism.

This is very exciting. Eventhough I personally think yesterdays result doesn't have big role in Emery case it surely didnt turn things more difficult for us atleast...
We also are -strangely- in "lucky" position cause we're practically only notable PL team that is searching a manager. That doesnt atleast make our job harder.

Cmoon Epebtoh make us proud
Yeah I don't understand these we are the only club without a manager worries. We are in the best position we could be in because we are the only big club in the Premier League without a manager. Add in the Moshiri factor and right now we are very attractive. I'm sure we'll get someone in (hopefully Emery) by the end of this coming week - exciting times

Eh Diego lad that CL final wasn't all that was it, how do you fancy taking over the back to back winners of the 11th place trophy in the Prem mate??

Everton is the biggest club in the world to the vast majority of us in the thread but some need a bit of a dose of reality.

Money talks and the prem is going to be centre of the football universe next year. Don't forget we can pay these top managers double or treble their salaries without breaking sweat next year.

On Pellegrini I've got two worries, the first one is his age, and the short periods of times he's spent at previous clubs not that any of that affects his coaching ability at all but someone turning 63 probably isn't going to want to go through a full rebuild and develop a young list to compliment the batch of youngsters we've got coming through and current players like Stones, Barkley and Galloway that can challenge the big guns in years further down the track. If he came in he'd be chasing instant success rather than trying to build a squad. My second concern is his transfer record he really does have quite a poor record when you consider the amount of money he's spent. If we did bring in a director of football came in it'd be there job to build the squad, discuss bringing youth in, work on the policies and how the transfer budget is spent allowing Manuel to concentrate on man management and tactics, which are renowned as his managerial strengths.

He's not my number one preference but I think with a DoF he could be a really good option and I'd have faith in him taking our great club foward. No where near as bad as people are making him out to be.
Couldn't agree more mate. A overmars/Pellegrini combo would be fantastic.
