Thanks for asking...life is full of biopsys and samples and consultations at present, and have lost a lot of weight, but still very active in my new role as a mystery shopper for the NHS.

I think what will be different going forward is that the manager's performance will be assessed against objectives, and they will no longer be given a free pass on accountability just because they are an incredible guy or whatever.

If we do get Emery, watch how the dominant stories will all be along the patronising lines of 'they saw how he beat Liverpool' 'that away record is a concern' 'a manager used to working and selling his best players' 'can over perform with mid table clubs' etc.

Hopefully one product of Moshiri's era will be the piping down of the nauseating media establishment.

Why be so negative mate? The tv companies, including Sky, BT, BBC ,ITV etc will always give more coverage to the most successful teams. If we now become more successful, continually, as they have done, we will be a member of that no longer exclusive club which they have, effectively created. We should all be prepared for an ever changing Premier League until the day it all blows up spectacularly. which it surely will, then it's survival of the fittest!
