I'd be happy with Koeman, there is less risk attached than Emery, who I would also be happy with!
Just the fact the Koeman has premier league experience and the dutch seem to understand British culture a lot better.

I wouldnt be disappointed with either! I don't want Pellegrini though - For all their wealth and talent Man City have been pretty poor this season, finishing outside the top 3 with that amount of resource is a disgrace
But how long would Koeman stay. ?

Tbf they were very good until the pep announcement

Valencia with Koeman bottom 6
Valencia with Emery Top 5
What a disappointment if we get Koeman especially after his initial snub

Koeman was at Valencia eight years ago...

I'd say his last two seasons with Southampton are a bit more comparable for us...

Either one of them would be a good appointment

He's a decent manager by all accounts but, for me, he'll take us back to where we were under Moyes i.e 5th-7th as that's his level imo. He's the safe choice but a sidewards step.

well, 5th is far better than 11th...

I don't personally see Emery being able to take us any further than that either, btw.

But, Emery does have a proven track record in the cups
