Fgs, anyone who is seriously thinking Koeman wouldn't be a good appointment for us needs a head check.

Him or Emery, they're both great options.

One major positive for Koeman is his experience of this league, while Emery's major positive has come from his successes in Europe.

In terms of league finishing, both have done well, though Emery not so much this past season.

Think it will be much much more complicated if we're getting Monchi and Emery together..

Seville will want compensating for both and I'm sure they will have to put things in place in regards to Monchi's shortlist of players and targets. They may have to strike a deal which means we cannot sign or bid for player's they intended to bring to Seville this summer (Praaet springs to mind)

Hope you are right. What worries me is that if the board were busy achieving nothing again then things would not look any different..........

Big fan of Koeman but Unai is a step up in my opinion.

Emery with Monchi is a dream team for us, it really would put us back on the European map and turn heads, I'd love it if Moshiri could pull it off, but I'd be happy with Koeman, he was my first choice in the beginning, he's a top manager no doubt.

Koeman wouldn't come with Lee. Lee was at Southampton before Koeman was.
