Think Stones could learn a thing or two off him about how to play if he stays.

Pellegrini never impressed Moshiri - quotes were "uninspiring and looking for a big pay day". Emery - I don't know, but he's got Sevilla committing more funds this summer.
4th highest paid manager in the PL - one of the top 10 most paid managers in the world.
And a doubling of salary too !
I think you could consider Koeman a low risk, low-to-moderate reward option . He's a comfortable appointment that is sure to guarantee you at least mid-table, but I wouldn't expect him to win anything major.Once again, we have a compromise. He is not the best available as both Pellegini and Emery are proven winners, he is a safe pair of hands, a la Moyes. We were on the verge of a new era, if this happens we have accepted second best.........
Im not sure that Koeman is coming, anyone can say theyre itk with the mount of paper talk today
Pre-Moshiri we'd still have Martinez.Pelligrini would have been a gash appointment and Emery didn't fancy it.
Pre-Moshiri we'd have ended up with Howe or Hughes
Moyes is inspiring and can be cheap. The difference between this fella and Davey is almost nothing. This will be like throwing a wet blanket on our aspirations..........
We really need to look at the possibility that, at present, we are not an attractive option for the big name Managers who have other options.I think you could consider Koeman a low risk, low-to-moderate reward option . He's a comfortable appointment that is sure to guarantee you at least mid-table, but I wouldn't expect him to win anything major.
Emery, on the other hand, is a high risk, high reward candidate. He's young and has no premier league experience, but he's also a winner. In addition to all the accomplishments at previous clubs, he's won the Europa League three times in a row, which is incredible.
Pellegrini I'd say is low risk, moderate reward. Experience in the premier league and managing a top club is a plus, but his inability to get the job done at City suggests he may not be the winner we need.
If we have the money to spend on the squad, I'd prefer the high risk, high reward candidate over playing it safe any day.
