My choice was De boer. But I am more than happy with koeman. We need a manager that will give youth a chance. Don't think pelligrini will an he's too old and would emery bring youth players through or just buy mr random foreign guy. We still want to keep a core british players in the team and we have an exciting crop coming through. This should not be lost regardless of money coming into the club. It it's years of hard work in the academy wasted. Let's not loose our identity like chelski or city have.

I think its more like Koeman sees us as a stepping stone. Don't think he will be good enough for the next level though.

If that's the case with Sevilla, why would Monchi leave? Would be great getting him but the whole situation seems bizarre.

Monchi spent time in England learning the English game and the language. He's wanted to end up in the prem for some time now.

The issues with the board not wanting to pay for players he's identified probably pushed him closer to that.

Why Everton? Good timing and a great project looks like. He's turned down spurs and RS before but that was pre issues with the board. I'd assume Moshiri can sell his vision for the club pretty damn well. Just my opinion.

Its quite easy to do, instead your taking other peoples views, be your own man, check his Dutch signings, check the youth players hes used.

Do the research instead of being a sheep.
