Im hoping that, once Koeman is in place the the DoF falls into place.

You would think that both Koeman and said director of football know the vision on style of player / team that other is hoping to get in. I think that the position Koeman has filled at Soton is more a head coach with input intotransfers....hoping that is what he will be taking at Goodison, with a good DoF to work with him.

The DoF is more important i think in the longterm of building the club again.
