Without being disrespectful to you mate you have no idea what he done, because you aren't at finch farm or watching the training sessions.

He worked closely with Lukaku, who improved massively, and is highly rated as a coach by players and those in the game.

Stop trying to put martinez uselessness onto other people when there is no one to blame but him.

Unsworths value to us right now is bringing in potentially millions of pounds worth of talent through to the first team something which he has been doing brilliantly so far and it's not something we should seek to change at all, when something is producing talent, talent which is worth a lot of money, you do not change that.

As for Unsworth being a replacement for Koeman, Unsworth seems happy where he is and the set up he has right now, if he wants to prove his managerial status he will have to go to another club and do it there before being ready, and even if he doesn't right now he is a MANAGER of our youth team, handles some of the youth talent signings, and scouting for those players and manages his own little squad, if he was promoted to a first team coach he would do none of that so be even less ready to do anything managerial related.

sorry mate but if was contributing anything that martinez thought was of value he'd have been in the dressing the room at half time instead of out kicking balls about. he was a kenwright appointment that martinez went along with.

he wanted the managers job and done a very good interview by all accounts.

Martinez did not want Ferguson to speak to players at half time, it wasnt something he encouraged and if your boss says you can't do something, guess what, you can't. He was also a David Moyes appointment, not a kenwright one. Kenwright is not in charge of who joins as coaching staff.

Maybe it's just me but this is all starting to get a little tedious. The quicker this is sorted out the better and i can go back to enjoying the close season. Cricket and all that.

kenwright wanted ferguson working with the first team and martinez went along with it.
we'll agree to disagree
