£5 million feels pretty steep for a manager who has 12 months left on his contract. Get the feeling Southampton are doing us over here.

And so they should the little blag scruffs. Remember if it wasn't for Matt Le Tissier they would basically be watching a non league Southampton the past 15 years.

If they rip us off 5m that will keep them ticking over during their impending decline

Yeah sticking the boot in is fun and all like but onwards and upwards when it's announced

There's already all that tedium with West Ham fans be arsed with another bantah battle front (hope they get relegated though)

No I really don't........... if he can drop them for us...... he can then drop us........ there is no loyalty in this mate.The only loyalty is from the fans.... at every club.......... who constantly get kicked in the teeth.

That's why, as much as its fun to mock their forum (saintsforum is really weird, like get orff my laaand type weird), they still are football fans.
We know we support a much bigger club.... more trophies, more fans, more reasons to be cheerful (part 1,2 and 3). So why not, instead of rubbing their noses in it, just let them have their rants (in the knowledge that we are better) and always remember, that when a bigger team (who?) gets one of players, we wont act the same way?

So again if he does well , i would expect other clubs to be interested.

He's not been a success in Spain before and not been amazing in England.....also his teams style is totally different to those two clubs.

Is his agent Dutch + sounds like a top agent hes got.

He's not been a success in Spain before and not been amazing in England.....also his teams style is totally different to those two clubs.

Is his agent Dutch + sounds like a top agent hes got.

Better still, how about Mark Hughes? Hes improved stoke and is also, like koeman, a former player.
