....I think you would only know that if you knew him, talked football with him and regularly seen him working with other players.
ACTUALLLLYYYYY

he is quite a mouth in the dressing room according to Tim Cahill. Along side Duncan and that he said Tony was a bit of a voice in there so he would be respected at the club and has a mouth on him, premier league career, perfect for coaching.

....being noisy in the dressing room is fine but not necessarily a coaching requirement. The best coach I ever worked with at a professional club was as quiet as a mouse but a true footballing genius.

based on his career and know how tony has been a model professional.

plus any right back who can come in and be the best player on the pitch for his first appearance of the season is admirable for a pro.

him teaching those sorts of things to the youngsters in the academy is only a good thing i think.

....you might be right but I don't know him at all.

I doubt it. How can he be involved in the call, he hasn't even seen a training session yet!

If he was involved, it smacks of making a decision without having all the information required.
Not sure when Gisbson's contract would expire but can only think he maybe likes the lad otherwise why not wait till he gets back from holiday next week instead of Everton doing it now.
