Pellegrini would be an amazing capture IMO. He handles himself really well and is always dignified despite all the pressure he has been under at City since day one. Keeping that squad of players happy cant be an easy job and he would also be able to attract that champions league standard player. Could take us on to the next level !!

I like Pellegrini, think he handles himself well - the question of not achieving everything he should have at city if out there and a valid one, but the fact is its not Spain or France or Germany, our league is much more competitive. I don't know how much say he has on transfers, but some of the players they have brought in i haven't been too impressed with.

He definitely isn't my number one, but he is up there at the moment.

Needs to cut that mullet tho....

Wasn't much charm about him when he was crying after the first leg of the semi and then how he refused to acknowledge the ball being out of play in the second leg.

However.. He would be my choice, the best candidate likely to be interested.

I get people's concern over Pellegrini's record in England, but the man is one win away from taking his team to a champions league final. Considering our last managerial appointment came from a team that had just been relegated, it would be a marked improvement.

Ronald Koeman: 3 eredivisie titles, 1 Spanish Cup, 1 Portuguese Cup, 1 Dutch Cup, took Soton to Europa League via League Placing
David Moyes: 1 Charity Shield, 1 League 1 Playoff, took Everton to the CL via league placing, took Everton to Europa League via League Placing, laughed out of Old Trafford, laughed out of Real Sociedad

And that's before you compare their preferred styles of football which are worlds apart
