People mentioning Mourinho as a possible manager for us are in dream land, anyway I bet he has a job lined up but it just hasn't been disclosed yet.

Erm isn't his new job being reported everywhere except for the club due to his close replacement with the manager whonat the club now.

The only issue with Frank is he in an easy league and only managed one club. It's a massive gamble. Koeman got a better win rate at ajax then Frank and won the title with PSV as well

I want experience especially in this league
Pellegrini
Koeman,
AVB got an excellent win record with spurs, 55% win rate but his football is left to be desired and might annoy the fans. I'm sure
@Yid4life could fill us in.
Plus didnt he have bale in his team and still didn't win anything.

Koeman signings in this league have been better then pellegrini as well.

I just feel Pellegrini would be right for us at this moment in time, when he was at Villarreal he had them playing really nice football, I think we have similar talent but it just needs unleashing, I'm pretty sure Pellegrini could turn us into a very good team in a relatively short amount of time, we need to be getting success fairly quick say by the end of next season we need to be back in Europe. Our squad on paper is up there as one of the better ones in the league, but you wouldn't know it since Martinez has messed it all up.

Aspirations come from dreams, reality comes from aspirations. It's a fallacy to believe things can't change.

Just like we went from being a team challenging for league titles to one that hasn't for a long time. The opposite can also happen. It all depends on your perspective. The one true thing about permanence, is that it's not very permanent. Nothing is. Change is the only constant.

Old chinese proverb....
Football is circle.
Football goes in circles.
Everton had they're time in sun
They have to work for it to come
Its not a right.....
Its about fight !!
Look at leicester...
Full of jesters
But hard work and dedication
Has proved every f****** wrong !!!!

It is so important to be right in electing a new manager. Surely Mr. Moshiri has someone in mind, he has been watching Arsenal for some time
now and must be impressed by certain other managers. Kenwright has had 3 goes (Not exactly successful!).
I think that when Brian Clough went to Forest, they had less top players than the current Everton squad. Clough bought Shilton & Trevor Francis
for real money, he had Anderson, Woodcock from youth and a shedful of 'Make-weights' that wouldn't get into another first division side. Clough and Taylor ruled the roost for a few years.
Sir Alex always had a 2nd in command mouthpiece, so maybe a 2 is the answer? I don't know, but none from that list above gives me a stalk!

After ironically singing 'stuck with Moyes' at old Trafford in Martinez 1st season. I have a feeling we're gonna be stuck with Martinez for next season. Bill won't sack him, unless we're in the bottom 3 by December, so all this manager replacement talk is just depressing. As is this post!
Morning everyone :(:coffee:
