De Boer is my preferred option. His back room team at Ajax is extremely impressive. Van Der Saar, Bergkamp. He could also bring any existing talent he has at Ajax and be comfortable working with our young talents.

Big thumbs up from me

He is a good shout. He ticks many boxes. But if he'd come he wouldnt necessarily bring his staff (all of it) think Bergkamp is nailed to stay in Ajax for example

Where do Ajax stand on defensive coaches?

Frank “First you have to see what the plan is at a club and what I and the people I would take with me could add to it,”

He'll bring them all...! yes.

Howe will not be coming here.

He's got a good thing going on at Bournemouth. Being the favourites to go down, he's finishing very strongly in the table with his key signings injured for the vast majority of the season. He's young, has plenty of time. It makes no sense for him to jump in at the deep end when he's only just survived shallow water, above everyone's expectations.

Plus, he gets homesick. He loves Bournemouth. When we went up to Burnley, he laid the foundations for them to get promoted, but he couldn't handle being away from Bournemouth.
