I like Eddie Howe, but surely it is time to look beyond the Championship and lower dregs of the Premiership Table. That said, he has worked a small miracle at Bournemouth, given their injuries and lack of resources, in keeping them safely up this season. I’m sure he will be on the shortlist, assuming he is prepared to leave the sunshine of Bournemouth!

Apologies, Stam is their assistant coach. I would guess he has a large say in defensive drills given his experience! Aw Bogarde remember him? He was a good defender too!

Apologies, Stam is their assistant coach. I would guess he has a large say in defensive drills given his experience! Aw Bogarde remember him? He was a good defender too!

I would feel Stam would have some say in how the team plays defensively but might not be his most active role in the management team

Yeah, I remember Bogarde. Total mercenary. Was happy to see out his contract at Chelsea rather than leave and get first team football.

This might not have been said for a while, and even though he's jumped club's a bit over the last few years id still be excited if we got him.

Him, we should have took the punt on him in 2013 when we got Martinez instead.

However talking more realistic, I just hope we get some kind of big name, I get annoyed when Eddie Howe or a david Moyes return is talked about, its so underwelhming.
