I may as well put it out there. The manager most likely to succeed Martinez is Koeman. Not saying why I am saying that, but there it is.

Would be very happy with that. The North East Journalist also said the same yesterday.

I wouldn't be unhappy with it. He has a good eye for a decent player, tactically very good, has experience in the league and, most importantly is not Martinez (or Moyes or O'Neill or Hughes or some of the other dross we've been linked to).

Yep, by no means my first choice, or even my second but I think he's a good manager and could be great for us.

I like Koeman, made a bit of a balls of things at Valencia, but has really done well at Saints. Remember people were tipping them for relegation when he started there.

Koeman isn't a big name manager, sure we can do better then that, yeah better then Roberto but not exactly one pulled out of the bag by Everton.
