No i agree about that - i rate the Bundesliga, always have - yet people where saying it was a joke the other day when i was talking about it.

I just think there is as many questions about Favre as everyone else at the moment. Including the mental aspect of quitting because he lost 5 games

He's a bit "Martin O'Neill".

Not sure why people are obsessed with De Boer when his style of play is much the same as Roberto's, unless you just love tedious football in which case that explains it.

Its nothing like Robertos, De Boer actually has tactical nous and doesnt play a jarg version of tiki taka with The Clev left wing, he plays real football, not zombie bolloxs.

No mourinho?

How is Favre higher than FDB ?

That would likely be because he's a good manager who is proven as one of the absolute best in a good league mate. And doesn't play such deathly boring football that the fans are delighted he's gone.

Which of the managers on our shortlist demand full effort from their players and employ a system of pressing and emphasise organisation?. That's where we are right now with regards to what the successful teams are doing. That's not De Boer imo. Klopp, Ranieri, Guardiola, Pochettini etc will be doing just that and we need do it too or get a super intelligent manager who knows how to beat it.

Ponders ignore option.

Honestly. Similar goals to Costa and Martial in a lot less minutes. Offers a totally different style of play to Pelle for options off the bench/tactical flexibility. 12m is total peanuts for a Prem striker.

He's no wonderful player but I genuinely think for 12m, for what Southampton needed, it was a solid buy.

Sorry about adding to your ignore list.

De Boer does play a pressing system.

I just dislike him lots, but lets be honest, hes much better than frigging Niasse.

we have played the most entertaining football I've ever seen us play under Martinez. Until a while ago of course. If we could get that part of the offensive play, but also secure our defences I think that would be great.
we were scoring for fun!

Philip Cocu and Jose Mourinho.

Dunno mate some lad posted Ajax fans comments about DB and it had all the similarities about what Wigan fans said bout Bobby. Stubborn, slow build up, strange subs, playing players out of position, boring etc etc. Come back home mate, come back into Jose's bosom.

Ajax fans are worse than kopites.

Ive let Jose go.
