Benitez is the best option in the category of managers we could attract I think

If anything, he's a tier above what we could probably get but we have the selling point of him being able to live on Merseyside again

No I just no the size of our club and Poch is very gettable, we have a new stadium on the way, have sell outs every week, have spent over 500 mil in 5 years, we have a good young team and we pay well. He said himself, he wants back in a job and he wants a project.. we fit both and are in PL

I hope we are genuinely sounding out the likes of Poch, Ancelotti, Simeone etc

It would restore a little faith that the board have some kind of understanding of what's required.

We need a big personality to galvanise this club, someone we can all get behind and someone who can get a tune of this squad.

My top 2 choices would be Simeone or Poch, either of them would get us up and running again

I'd take Benitez over Moyes. Calling us a small club, when we were acting like one. It's better than accepting we bring a knife to a gunfight. That's the bigger insult.

He might have been a good manager, but hes done ZIP for 15 years now.

Steve Bruce is out performing him at Newcastle and hes just finished bloody 9th in China.
