As Emperor Palpatine would say, "Good, good! Tire yourselves dark siders." when it comes to Bruins - Leafs. Woll at Toronto's cage had one of those games as Boston should've won by 5. Isles were ousted by their goalie Varlamov and Carolina, who played on 3rd gear the whole series. Colorado advances as predicted & Rantanen seems to be waking up (apparently carrying an injury too) and "our" Saros (he hails from this town, a nephew of good friend of mine, it's almost like I'm there... Juuse's 93-year old grandad wakes up for every single one of his matches) kept Predator's alive.

True. Was amazed how much they dominated the Knights Saturday in Vegas for two periods and were then tied 2-2 before pulling it out in OT. Am expecting this may end in game 6. Speaking of nasty series, the Leafs-Bruins is brutal

Game #7 for Boston & Leafs, no Matthews around. The word near the Zamboni is concussion from chasing the 70th against Red Wings. This series has been a mix of Japanese kendo, cage fighting and general intimidation. All of that just for making it to get a royal a** whooping from the Panthers. I love the play offs.

That last regular season game was a sham, down 6-1 to Tampa and the Leafs are pulling the goalie on power plays to try and get him #70. I was delighted that he didn't get there.

Pavelski is either carrying an injury or has aged a decade in the past month and Lundkvist is by a liability forcing Deboer to run a 5 man defensive cycle which is a huge problem but I’ll take advancing against a very good opponent.

No time for them to get right either given the quick turnaround. The best thing for Dallas is probably that the avs have been off for a while and maybe cooled off a bit. They looked unstoppable against the jets last round.
I don't think the Jets were a good playoff team even if they were a good regular season team. Stars Avs is always a good matchup and I'm confident except for the 5 defenseman rotation.

Wyatt Johnston basically saved the Stars. If they go down 3-0 they're cooked. If they give up the first goal in Game 7 they're cooked. Two fantastic indvidual efforts to score maybe the two most important goals of the series.
