I haven't read all of it but I've read parts. The key thing to know about the Quran is that sets it apart, it is a book of commands written by one man. It's not a collection of stories. It is commands on how to live your life, and how if you don't follow it you are the scum of the earth and should be killed because of it. The Quran starts out quite peaceful but the latter parts of it are violent. Sharia law runs through it and is essential to those who follow Islam.

The key thing here is that the quaran dictates that of any of the earlier parts contradict themselves with the latter parts, then the latter parts supersede the earlier parts.

So you will find peace in the Quran and you will find violence. So either sides of the argument will always find evidence to back themselves up. But it's important to remember the order of superseding.

Oh and they worship a prophet who thinks it's sound to have sex with 9 year olds. Not that Islamic pedophile gangs are problem over here or anything.

It's all a load of bollocks really then.

If Islam is ttherefore a religion of war, what is the differential between it, Judaism and Christianity, and their respective nations, easily the greatest proponents of the use of war as an economic model, including funding the Islamic extremists you are so worried by?
The difference with all of them is the Quran and sharia law.

It seems only in your myopic view. Your concern is expansionism by Islam threatening the society you exist in created by expansionism provided by wars, invasions, deception and economic warfare, on it's own people first and then on other nations.
How you cannot recognise the rank hypocrisy and 'nimby-ism' you display is really beyond satire.
'We' can do it to them but if they try to do it to us or defend themselves then 'we' should cry foul.
That is a bully's attitude. Tell a lie, that is the attitude of the lickspittles that would fawn at the blazer of a school bully's attitude.

You originally said that no one wants to live in remote areas because there's no work there. Are you saying now that unless there is every kind of heavy industry imaginable, that qualifies as no work? I'm not suggesting for one minute that every type of work will be available in every kind of place. That has never been the case. I'm saying that there is a good amount of work that can be done regardless of physical location, and this kind of work is only increasing.

I was speaking only last week to a senior bloke at Cisco about this very thing. He was just on his way to a briefing at the House of Lords on the topic. It's really not as cloud cuckoo as you seem to think it is.

There are people living in remote areas but because of the nature of those areas there is hardly going to be large scale jobs creation hence your map was irrelevant to the theme of the thread. I do not think we will see thousands of east Europeans rushing to the Cairngorms for jobs, do you? Just an example, as for talking to Cisco, yes another internet/computer company. I stand by what I said, can you make a car sitting at home???

What about the TTIP? I'd say that arguably poses more threat to our "way of life" than muslims. Why don't they discuss that?

I was going to put an attachment on here which sets out clearly rules of radical Islam particularly the Taliban but my wife said no. She was afraid if it was picked up we could be exposed to hate messages or even worse. Beieve me the rules are horrendous and they are drawn from the Quran.

Thanks for letting us know.

With 3D printing evolving as it is I dare say you'll be able to manufacture a lot of things at home before long. Maybe not a car, but who knows.

As you say though, it's unlikely that people will come from far afield to do work when location isn't a factor, which is probably why an increasing number of white collar jobs are migrating to lower cost parts of the world.

Sorry Bruce but that is nonsensical, printing makes a picture not an article. Computers are not the be all and end all that you seem to think.
