He'll sign in the final seconds of the transfer window. Be a great striker for us until the 17th March game Vs Arsenal. He proceeds to have a Glaswegian Punch up after Moyes subs him 25 mins into the game when we are 4-0 down (Drenthe lays Moyes out with a couple of swift elbows after being locked in DM's basement for the whole month of February like a forgotten Fritzl child). We then sell him in the Summer to Celtic for £1 million of which 990,000 goes to Kenwright's new play. Don't say i didn't warn you lids.

I can assure you folks I havent crawled anywhere and certainly not out of any woodwork. I came on here because I want to assure people I didnt want arguments about what I was saying. Anyway ive enjoyed my day here.

The deal isnt done with Rangers although personal terms and the similar are all sorted. Always plenty of time for things to go wrong with Everton.

Regards

Poles apart on the valuation still: http://sport.stv.tv/football/scotti...west-ham-make-fresh-moves-for-nikica-jelavic/

If the medical is done and terms agreed it puts pressure on rangers to do the deal. Says in that link £5M + add ons. That's way too steep for a club like Everton and a player like this.

Certainly sounds that we're not going to meet their £7m valuation, never mind £8m. £5m (in installments) + add-ons (for goals) sounds about right.

Not convinced it will happen, bound to fall through knowing how we do business.

dont understand comments like this - other than Obinha and Banega where we couldnt get a work permit - when have transfers fallen through recently - except when Spurs come in and bid 3 times as much and pay twice the wages!

It's all very weird isn't it?!

West Ham say they can't afford the price but somehow we can?!

All a bit strange.

I might just go into a coma until Kick off tomorrow night.

Is that not enough?

Anyway spunking 4 years worth of transfer money on a guy from a pub league hardly fills me with joy.

Exactly what I feel like doing. I wanna ignore the situation until the City game but I can't stop coming back onto GoT!

I'm sure I read somewhere that WHU's add-ons could be dependent on them securing promotion, which Rangers (nearly called them something else there - LOL) wouldn't agree to. That might explain the strangeness you refer to.

I love me some bicycle kicks.

Maybe West Ham did bid £7m but Jelavic didn't want to go to the Championship, and it was best for all concerned to say it was a rejected bid. Whereas he's desperate to seal the deal on a move to us so will go for less.
