Yeah it's a possibility. Miralles and Klaassen are clearly being frozen out as they don't form part of our future plans. Vlasic is a different case though, I'd be pretty upset if we just laid down and agreed to sell him. Maybe we're looking into the idea of loaning him out for the rest of the season ?

Dunno mate, I vaguely remember reading something from when Unsworth was still in charge about Vlasic ( or maybe his agent ? ) being quoted as saying something like "reviewing options in January". I might be wrong in putting two and two together, and I hope I am wrong because he looks like a real prospect, but if he does want out, then it'd explain him being mostly frozen out.

I fully expect him to start against Bournemouth and prove me wrong though !
 
It may be that Vlasic is desperately unhappy at Everton and has asked Sam as to the possibility of leaving in January. I would not be surprised if a few more attack-minded players want out (Lookman?). Whilst we repair the near irreversible damage to our club wrought by that fat Dutchman, there is simply no room for expansive football (and hence players, like Vlasic, Lookman, Mirallas etc who desire that style).
 

He should leave Everton. There is no reason to keep him out of the team. I hope he will leave somewhere where he can play all the time so he can show what a player he is.

Whoa there, buddy. There's no great team he can just walk into. There are several reasons to keep him out of the team. Yannick Bolaisse, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Aaron Lennon, Tom Davies, Ademola Lookman, Wayne Rooney, and several others. If Davy Klaassen can't get a game, and he cost upwards of 20M as an established pro that led Ajax to the Europa league final, why would Vlasic get to walk into the team? I like the kid, think he's good, would like to see him play more, but he's got several other guys in front of him that he's not show to be better than YET.

He'll get opportunities probably as soon as next game. I'd personally play him ahead of Lennon a bit to see how he does, but it's not exaggerate how great he is.
 
People making out on here he's not getting into the squad because there are too many better players ahead of him. Load of rubbish. He's been very promising in the games we have seen him play, at the very least good enough to make the bench.

There must be something going on behind the scenes with this lad, I recall him mouthing off about reviewing his options, etc. I don't think he's happy here.
