Not A Transfer Rumour..... Wayne Rooney

With regards to Rooneys wages, didnt someone say on here that his £200,000 per week wage was made up of a number of additional bonuses, etc, and his basic pay was somewhere around £120,000 per week?

Fellaini is supposedly on £75,000 per week, and apart from Heitinga, we alreadly lost our other 2 highest earners in Moyes and Neville. So if we could do a deal with united to take him on loan and pay majority, say £80,000 per week, United would be saving upwards to £6m per year. And Rooney would still be earning more than that for the season as well...

Too Simple?

I'm pretty sure Moyes wouldn't loan Rooney to us. Can you imagine if he rattled in 30 league goals for us whilst Man Utd 'adjust' to life under Moyes? He'd be sacked if we finished above them.

Errrm??

I'm fairly sure we won't be finishing above Manu mate. With Rooney or not.

Oh come on, in that situation (we loan him & he bangs in 30 league goals) your saying there isn't a cat in hells chance we could finish above them? Not if they don't sign anyone or if RVP got a 6-month injury?

Top blue you lad.

This is karma for Man u doing the dirty on Arsenal last season and know full well that Rooney to Chelsea will damage Man u title bid next season. They will need to talk Rooney into staying or try and sell him abroad but that cant be a hot country cos Rooney couldn't cope with the heating conditions. Maybe they could say **** the money, we need this cancer out of our dressing room cos he hates Moyes and a lot of our players and youth players adore Rooney and don't want no sides taking place. Arsenal or Spurs would be their best bet in getting rid of him for money or maybe just bite the bullet and send him on loan to Everton.

You're right. It's a funny one because I just can't see the current situation continue and Rooney play under Moyes. Likewise I cannot see United selling to Chelsea (or City). Arsenal or Spurs are good shouts but if the former sign the sewer rat from the RS and the latter don't sell Bale then I can't see either being able to afford it.

Rooney to PSG or Monaco maybe? If not then yes possibly a deal of some sort to us is not out of the question. Ultimately he's not going to sit there and not play in a world cup year and the Manc fans clearly can't stand him now so it's bad blood all round from what I can see.

Rooney's best years were at Everton. So he's been past it since he was 18.

They were for Evertonians, but there weren't enough of them. Not many at all, really.

I'm a bit of a dreamer, and I think there's just a tiny chance that he could come back. His relationship with Man Utd and Moyes
could make his position there untenable. If there are no bids from foreign clubs and they won't sell him to Arsenal or Chelsea, then what?

Rooney's a **** who **** on us...... leave him where he is....

didn't **** on us lad...
You're telling me you would turn down Man United (biggest club in the world) to stay at Everton?
don't lie either!!!

Plus his wage raise by around 100k per week plus trophys
