Hope this qualifies for this thread. I'm just moving house and found this. I was about 15 at the time. Got the train to Central during the summer holidays and queued up for hours outside smiths with me mate on church street.
It's got Gary Stevens' and Peter Reid's autograph and two others but I can't recognise them now.
Still play it to this day and still get goosies.

His name was Simon
I remember everything about the day apart from what players were there. I even remember calling into my mates brothers flat on the way home and some older lads asking if I wanted smack...thought they wanted to kick me head in, oh the innocence of youth.
Clenched my album to my chest all the way home on the train.
