...if I remember rightly we didn't actually play that well, it was hard work until Harvey scored that screamer. You're right, though, it took a terrific squad of players to win the league at that time considering the proper quality at the likes of Leeds and Man Utd.

Whittle scored mid first half, and I was right behind Harvey's screamer for the 2nd goal the chant of Champions, Champions was sung for the rest of the night!

I remember the 2 goals against QPR to seal it in 1985 as if it was yesterday. Time seemed to stop for the great moment as Sharpy's header looped into the net to clinch the title.

I remember Gary Bannister hit the post for QPR but can't recall if it was at 1-0 or 2-0 in the game? Don't know if my memory is playing tricks but did Pat Van Den Hauwe cross from the right for Sharpy's header?

1984-85 was special -I wish I had been able to get to more games but work prevented it - still 17 games in all competitions was better than none.

It was 1-0 when they hit the post - and yes I was Psycho's cross from the left.. from 15.48

I was there in 63 Vs Fulham as well so that's a big ME TOO...Cup maybe?
