I think the Lower Gwladys had a standing limit of 14,000 in the 80s after reductions then to meet new H&S regulations and maybe a few thousand more in the 70s and before. Going back to the old Goodison Rd terrace, I'd say that was nearly half as big again as the Lower Gwladys. Was there an official limit then?At a guess...really full, 70,000 full, low 20,000s, iirc, the lower Gwladys was about 19,000
Then you had the Bullens paddock, Park end terrace.
That leaves the 4 stands...with fixed capacities...to make up 30,000.
