That game on vimeo from 67-68 Vs Untd shows that it was all coming together. Some of the football between then and 69-70 was exquisite...I still think it was a pity that Harry did his usual trick of selling off players who he didn't buy and/or 'talked back' to him too early; Young & Gabriel.
70-71; We finished 11th? went out of the cup at the first hurdle - no change there - was a curate's egg season. Players seemed to lose form...due to World Cup?, some just lost form...West had his famous melt down with the Crowd. All the big results went against us.
