Don't you think there are loads of different things that could have happened though? They are Saffas after all.
Why would he wait till she goes to the toilet in the middle of the night then? Why not just pretend to break in and do it when your not even home?? Why not just hire someone else to do it?

The prosecution are saying he didn't "wait until she went to the toilet", that he firstly attacked her and shot her (wound in her hip), but she managed to escape (given she has legs and this seems likely) and locked herself in the bathroom.
He attacked her, shot her in the bedroom then followed her to the bathroom no doubt threatening her whilst she was locked in there, before ultimately losing his temper further and firing several times through the door, one shot going through her hand and into her head, another elsewhere on her body, allegedly.

Think he'll be found innocent of premeditated murder tbh, i don't understand why you would shoot somebody four times through a door like that otherwise.
It's funny though, every time somebody is arrested in a case like this the internet almost always decides the person is guilty before it gets to trial. If people online were deciding these cases then a lot of people would be locked up wrongly.
