Depends who you listen to either he's been caught out or the cops have dropped the ball more than once , different media reporting if with different a different slant . It's either testosterone or a herbal solution (although I'm not sure why you'd need needles for that ?) either he was arguing or those witnesses were 600m away . It's all over the show and I suppose we'll have to wait for the trial .

Not convinced , there is no jury so it's not like he can 'OJ' it . The cops being investigated is ridiculously common over there so don't think that'll massively effect it.
This is a bail hearing the cops have had a couple of days to put their case together whilst the defence team are going to be the dogs and be throwing money at it. It's almost the opposite of here where the prosecution have forever to investigate & drag their feet over disclosure so the defence are always struggling. The defence can say 'its herbal' or this or that and are th prosecution prepared ? Probably not .
I keep saying it but there is a long way to go in this

Which for me when it gets to trial will smash his story to pieces. As if you take his story at face value & accept that he shot her in some tragic accident, what would your first reaction when realising what you'd done? Wouldn't your immediate reaction be to phone an ambulance? Whereas it appears that his initial reaction was to phone his brief & his brother.........the lawyer helps him concoct his ludicrous story & then leaks it via social media, before the story has fully hit the news outlets.....sick as it gets imo.

The prosecution are struggling here, they haven't presented any solid evidence which goes against Pistorious' version of events.
