Pellgrini signed Haller if my memory is right.
Was it? Then I stand corrected, I just saw the 2019 clash

We dont need cover for DCL. We need a viable alternative good enough to be the main man in their own right. We have to hope for the best but prepare for a less than ideal scenario with his long term fitness.Wide players can be forwards as well mate, look at the likes of Salah, Mane, Sterling etc. Very rarely are there wide players these days, more inside forwards.
It’s why I wanted Cornet, I’d prefer someone who could play and score at inside forward and cover for DCL if required like Richarlison could rather then the Bentekes of this world.

£55m fee with £7m add ons. I'd never heard of him until this summer let alone noticed him... Assuming he must be decent.Cucurella for over £50m has to be one of the most overpriced transfers in history

Hard to say, I dont know how much money we have or whether these midfield signings will happen. But I want a centre forward ideally rather than more of a wide player.Disagree myself mate, if your looking at a proven PL goal scorer at 9;who can get 15 goals a season, your looking at 30-50 mill conservatively, we aren’t doing that, it’s not realistic. Elsewise you are in the Rondon, Kone, Valencia market. Realisticaly they are the only type of players to come here to compete for a place.
It’s why Cornet was a good deal, he would fit what Richarlison gave us, for me there is ,ore value in a Dennis or Cornet then a Batman.
Who would you go for yourself, who think would realistically fill the role you describe we could afford.

If we are going down the versatile route then I prefer Dennis to Cornet to be honest.
He's decent but thats double his value£55m fee with £7m add ons. I'd never heard of him until this summer let alone noticed him... Assuming he must be decent.
He'd have been garbage in that role for usOther Clubs Summer Transfer Window 2020
Yeah I thought Rodri was more intended as a Fernandinho cover/replacement. But yeah they've got Bernardo and Foden as well as KDB. But Sane is going so he could be considered a versatile option cover AM and wide positions. Yeah, they'll probably get a couple in this summer tbf, just don't see...www.grandoldteam.com
Brands should have gave me a ring the big fraud

Can't believe they are getting that for him whilst we got robbed blind by Spurs. And it could be eclipsed by the Forfana deal. How are these defenders worth more than
