He was leaving in the summer so QPR pretty much had to take an offer now or lose him for nothing in a few months.

and it would have been to whoever would happily pay austin what he wanted, chances are some clubs wouldn't have wanted to pay him anywhere near as much.

Anthony Caceres loan to Man City's sister club in Australia looks likely to cause an almighty poop storm.

Using loop holes as per usual Man City buy Caceres from the Mariners,then immediately loan him to Melbourne City thus bypassing the rules that forbid sale of players between A league clubs.

Bit like signing Lampard to NYC fc then loaning him to Man City but his wages stay off City's books so no FFP foul up,probably why their wage bill is going down.
