There is a lot made of the money they got from Hazard, but they did spend £100m in the last year don’t forget, on Pulisic and Kovacic.
They spent heavily in the 2 years before their 1 window ban as well. I think too much is made out of this ban considering it was for one window and they still spent £100m in the last year, which is more than many other teams spent!
