Even using your own inaccurate figures only gives them a net spend of £50 million pound a season which is absolutely nothing for a top club especially given they make a lot than that from the Premier league and champions league TV deals.
It's strange people still group Chelsea in with the big spenders as they've been financially a very average club over the last few seasons. They've built up huge cash reserves that they're making use of this season.
