To be fair, i don't blame them for doing what they are doing.

They have found a loop hole or a gap in the laws that they are taking advantage of!
I'd love for us to of been that clever in terms of Usmanov buying up a couple of Russian sides and buying Cenk Tosun off us for £50m.

I agree mate, the ffp rules are a load of hosremuck anyway. I don’t mind Todd or any club finding even dodgier ways of getting around the nonsense. Typical of Everton to not be smart enough - world class chairman and board for you.

Any examples of this? Chelsea have bought lots of players but they are not trying to stockpile them, they are trying their best to offload as many as they can. Other than that, every other team in the PL has weak positions, City with the fewest as they are great in midfield and up front but at the back they have a few weaknesses and older players that could do with some succession planning

You're joking surely? We get beaten with that stick every single day. It was brought up in the build up and aftermath of us winning the Prem, the FA cup and the chumps league. It was even mention by some obsessed shills whilst the victory parade was going on. As for the accusations from the FA. If they were confident they would have punished us already and not passed in on for someone else to do. The charges are utter nonsense that were rushed in at the behest of our rivals in the vain attempt at fending off a govt regulator, with the added benefit of damaging our reputation. They have no more evidence than uefa had, cut and pasted doctored e-mails.

maybe you do get mentioned more than I give credit for, but I see little old Everton with our one charge getting lit up equally as much as you guys do with your magnitude or breaches - that’s my issue.

I agree with you regarding the jumped up charges being rushed though ahead of the plassy government watchdog - especially in Everton’s case when we were working closely with the league and they effectively knew (and we’re telling us!) what we had for our breakfasts!

It’s all a load of crap and a way for the elite to pull up the ladder - needs binning.

Chelsea not trying to stockpile players ? What planet have you been on mate, Chelsea have stockpiled players for years. At one time they had 30 odd players on loan at various European clubs, tbh that's a terrible example you've given me. Chelsea bought over £600m pound worth of players the last couple of years alone, that why there is a Chelsea ffp fire sale. If you look at Skysports news, Man United are after Mount, Arsenal are after Declan Rice and Havertz, Man City have bought Kovacic from Chelsea, Liverpool have bought Macallister. And believe me that's just the start. Honestly tell me could Aston Villa afford to buy any of them players mentioned, fees add wages are astronomical for the likes of the 13 clubs below our top 6/ 7 darlings.

Chelsea weren't trying to stockpile youth players. They were buying as many as they could, sending them out on loan to try and increase their value and then sell them to another club. That is not stockpiling players so other clubs can't get them. That is buying players to try and make a profit
