What a club. Also they didn’t just lose, it was a massacre I’m amazed the UN didn’t place a sanction on Everton after that game.
They’re now resuming their search for a ‘technical director’ because they’ve completed their summer dealings.

Err, wouldn’t it have been beneficial to have this as a priority before hand, so the transfers were part of a long-term strategy/vision?

I genuinely don’t think Woodward has a clue about football.

Did Everton play in that game? I watched it on telly and don't recall us being mentioned. It was very confusing as it looked like Goodison and there were some lads in blue making united look silly but I can't recall the word Everton being uttered.

Have you forgotten Gary Neville's "Its Everton for gods sake" twitter meltdown?

No matter who they bring in or who their manager is they always balls it up. Something is rotten to the core at that club and it’s beautiful.

I know they're quite hated on here but they're a bit of a nothingness to me if I'm honest, ditto for Newcastle

Finishing comfortably away from the relegation zone in the bottom half and playing some nice togger along the way seems to make sense for them this season, and I'm fine with that

I detest them , with a vengeance the deluded idiots , but as for Newcastle i think Bruce could keep them just about up, he did well at wigan before he started hopping around everywhere , hope he fails myself

Quite happy with our transfer window. Tielemans was priority and we managed to get it done quite early. You could say we're weaker defensively with the loss of Maguire but we got a great deal and in all honesty he wasn't very good last season. Perez looks like an overpayment on the face of it but he offers us great versatility and has looked sharp in the friendlies. Don't know much about Praet and I'm surprised by that we have signed another midfielder as we're stacked in that department

All in all I'm excited for the new season
