He's not that good right now. He could maybe be that good and that's what United are paying for but I don't think it'll work out because the lad was offering next to nothing in attack and very few modern systems allow the fullbacks to do that.

That was what I thought, he was fairly one dimensional and chucking 50m and nearly a 1000% pay rise at limited potential seems positively Woodwardian.

What's that? Oh...

I agree regarding Wan Bissaka. £50m for just potential is crazy. Also agree that Maguire isn't worth the sums being mentioned
