The only issue is that both players will want CL football, this is why ratboy will leave and Rooney ego is to big for Spurs.
Belgium Pro League lad.
Vadis Ojidja, lad.
I watched some Icelandic Premier League last night, I had a bit of money on 1 of the teams, it finished 6-4, my eyes, christ sake my eyes.

You may have a gambling problem mate.
Sounds a good game that.
Even that seems very high. He's had one fantastic season, that's it. There are plenty of match-winning players knocking 20 league goals a season in across Europe, why is he worth so much more simply because it's the prem? The prem isn't even the best anymore.
Don't get me wrong, Bale is world class, but he is not in the same bracket as Messi and Ronaldo, nor in my opinion Ibrahimovic and Falcao. Those kind of fees should be reserved for those kind of players.
Ultimately though I'm only pissed because Spurs will move even further away from us with that kind of wedge to spend.
If they both joined, I'm pretty certain Spurs would make the CL
They will both be on huge wages, both want CL.
Neither player will want to join Spurs
If one joins, it might convince the other
They can wait one blessed season for CL competition surely?

Definitely.
I fear for us if Spurs get massive money for Bale. I really, badly want him to stay and flop this season. He's had one good season in his career, that's it. How can that justify such an absurd price?
If they get 60/70/80m + players they'll take a giant step away from Everton and stay there for a decade.
If Spurs got something like 60m plus Di Maria (who himself is a 20m player) and Cointrao (don't think he's amazing myself but would easy sell for 10m), that'd just be an unreal deal. Spurs would idiots to say no to that. 60m plus two players who'd waltz into their first XI. Imagine going into the new season with up to five players who realistically are better than what you've already got in your top XI, madness. 25m would be spent on Soldado and at the very least they'd be signing another two 10m players.
Paulinho, Soldado, Di Maria, Cointrao and two other quality players for one Gareth Bale? Crazy.
All the while we sign Kone and Alcaraz
They haven't signed Di Maria, Cointrao, Soldado or two other 'quality players'....
