if he plays like a jack terrier, getting in peoples faces and working his arse off the fans will love him anyway.

Just about adding that final bit of skill and goals naismith didnt have.

[i know naismith scored, but if the lad can score more and contribute more assists than him then its a good move all round]

Got a text response from my Senegalise mate after asking him about Niasse as he generally keeps an eye on his country's better players.
"I have not seen him play much but he is very disciplined, dedicated and he has a very high work rate. It might take him some time to settle in but his pace will scare a lot of defenses. It is a good signing."

Happy with that.

"I started to watch Everton more since the beginning of October because I had heard about their interest," said Niasse.

I like that quote, honest, believable, and most probably true. Imagine what they would have had him saying if he had signed for Liverpool...

"I've been a Liverpool supporter since I was 3 years old, so have my dad and my 5 uncles, it's always been my dream to play in front of der Kop and Ian Rush is my hero. I've joined der best club in der werrrld"

1 thing this lad should help us with is getting on the end of gerry's early balls, the amount of chances we miss from his early crossing is so bloody frustrating, once they fly past rom the chance is normally gone but one of this lads attributes is his speed over a few yards, so he gets his reaction + offside awareness right we should have a good few goals coming straight from that!

This workrate trait has got me excited ... seen a comment saying he would run from attack to defence to help out ... the fans will love that as long as he's still providing and scoring
