Yeah it was more in response to the statement that every manager has bad signings which is true and some of that is bad luck. But not so many managers have that many bad signings.

2 or 3 bad signings and you might still say unlucky but 8/9/10+ you'd need to be very unlucky.
 
Bit surprised he played at all last night - difficult one for the club now. On one side of the coin they need to keep him in some sort of match fitness just in case (against all odds) someone comes in for him but cant see Unsworth or Koeman for that matter being that pleased that he is taking up a spot that one of the more talented youngsters could be nailing down in the U23's. We really did get our pants pulled down with this fella and in terms of how much we spent, his wages and in terms of ability procured for price paid he is surely our worst ever signing? Hats off to Martinez and the scout who thought he was an Everton player and sods law for Everton the one time we wanted the fax machine to not work it allowed us to sign this dross.

Even some of his good weren't unknown gems. Lukaku wasn't exactly a shot in the dark, he cost a lot of money from Chelsea and we got a try before we buy loan deal. Barry had 500 odd appearances before he joined us. Holgate is potentially v good, Del is still mostly potential with some flashes of brilliance.

He isnt Ali Dia though.

Dia was a complete unknown chancer who made up a story about being Weahs cousin (actually it may be true I dont know..) and had a career playing in lower league English teams (Borehamwood was one I think..) and the Finnish 3rd division. He actually was like a fan playing.

Niasse is actually a player, an international who has played at a decent level at least. Doesnt make him good enough for us or anything but I dont really like this notion that he has conned his way into playing for us. Its just a transfer that hasnt worked.

what do you have against Clev mate? I get you dont rate him, just seems you genuinely despise him as a footballer?
To me he's just a harmless squad member. Like Funes Mori or Enner Valencia?

One of the goals, I think the first, he's telling someone to play it backwards and the lad gets to the byline and crosses for a goal. Niasse is walking still pointing backwards, looks very odd.

Funes the Flop is, bless him, at least a willing mentalist who does occasionally boss things.

Young Enner has been rejected by the East London Eedjits and should perhaps be given some time. He ran in the right direction at the weekend so at least he has that on Naisse.

Snivelley is one of the worst footballers I have ever seen, a monumental beaut (his TC23 brand launch he tried to eventually many years after pass off as 'for charity 'lol being one such example) and even worse, hides in matches when it gets tough for us.

Snivelley's career stats in terms of his influence on games is farcical. He was shipped out of United , hated by Villa fans (See his thread) and has been utter, utter toilet for us.

No genuinely I don't see anything to redeem him. No messing about here.
