We're passed that tbh. He's the second or third most expensive signing in the club's history and he cannot command a squad number, meaning we've hit peak embarrassment and it can't really get any worse. RonK is playing this right and stonewalling any attempts to refer to Niasse as a footballer in his hearing.
What would sustain the embarrassment is if RK backed up and had a go at some turd-polishing wrt Niasse. No way does he do that, though, as the previous regime is on the hook for this colossal [Poor language removed]-up and it's not his problem in any way, shape or form.
To be fair he hasn't really had a first chance.
Just a few cameos here and there plus one start during a period when the whole team had gone to hell in a handcart

And, for the record, see the Arsenal 5-0 game. He's loping around the pitch at half speed whilst all the youngsters are showing enthusiasm. He barely controls the pass in the build up for the first goal and his general effort in the action we see is negligible. Note how he is barely congratulated by the others for his goal and hardly joins in (first goal in particular).
