2017/18 Oumar Niasse

It shows how bad the strikers are at the club, that Niasse gets credit for putting a shift in and looks like he actually enjoys his football. His determination to play, following his treatment by Koeman is admirable. However if we are seriously to contest for champions league places or trophies. We need better quality than niasse. Harsh but true unfortunately.
8 premier league goals from a total of 22 appearances, a couple of those were sub appearances too.

In an alladyce team that creating 1-2 chances per game to score the goals he did was good going.

I think he should have a place in our sqaud next season

Considering Silva is our manager he'll probably be first choice.

I'm laughing my socks off here at all you "experts" who know so much about football but don't understand that the name of the game is winning. You think that because Oumar doesn't play the sort of football you think is "right" (even though he scores goals while players who do play the sort of football you think is "right" don't) he has no place in the team. From what I've seen of him, he goes on to the pitch with the intention of doing the best he can to put the ball in the opposition net. Anyway so long as opposition managers take your side and see him as no threat, all the better for EFC while we have him.

We all love Oumar mate. In the same way we all loved Eddie the Eagle, or Eric the Eel.

Is right Kevin.
Oumar scores goals, goals win matches, winning matches makes us smile. Oumar smiles. It’s not algebra or trigonometry just football.

I would keep him, started off a bit raw but you can see him getting better, he is improving and working hard and more importantly gets a goal, don't care if it hits him on his arse ,off the back of his head it's still a goal.
Plus he has a nice smile .
Dont want to go all fat Sam here but his goal ratio ,per game compared to a lot of strikers is quite good.
Wish he had taken the pens to bump it even further just to make Koeman look a tit.
He actually works his heart out for the shirt, not many others you can say that about.

Is right. Good sub option when chasing. Keep him for when we’re struggling. He won a fair share of points on his own this season.

Who cares? Its the same crap critique tgat was made of Lukaku. His job is to score goals, he does it.

Cant really compare Lukaku and Niasse, Lukaku scored tons of goals, Niasse has scored a few, the fella is the luckiest player ive ever seen, he scores goals, how he does it I dont know, I just think hes a terrible football player, im entitled to that opinion.
