Panorama to question ownership of Everton

So is all this based on the idea that anything you receive as a gift doesn't actually ever belong to you and that Usmanov has been playing the extreme long con for the past 10 years in order to get his foot in the door
Well, Moshiri is the monkey and Usmanov is the organ-grinder......

It's based on the idea that if I own one Prem club and I want to own another one, but the rules don't let me. So I gift you money but on the condition you buy this second club with it, and I will let you be boss of this second club except i'll still make the big decisions (like how much stake and when to sell).

This is the working theory the journos are going on based on the documents they have. It's almost impossible to prove this unless they have more private correspondence documentation, and even if they did prove it, it would still be up to the Prem/FA as to how it'll be investigated and if there'll be any consequences.

Realistically, nothing will be proved decisively, but as a result of this investigation the Prem/FA will publicly tighten up ownership checks and introduce a couple of stricter rules. For us, our involvement in the investigation may still have negative consequences, such as less willingness for external investment in the new stadium. This is pure conjecture, tho'.

The other thing to all this is that if some proof is found about Usmanov's involvement, Usmanov could reasonably agrue that albeit he does have more than a 10% stake in Arsenal he has absolutely no meaningful influence on any activity within the business because of Kroene's share size. He literally couldn't get the toilet paper in the Emirates changed to quad-ply never mind anything major.

The thing which I find annoying, not from a Everton fan point of view, but about journalistic writing and integrity is the lines such as this:

The suspicions rose further this January when it was announced Everton's training ground, Finch Farm, was now being sponsored by Mr Usmanov's company, USM Holdings. The training ground has been renamed USM Finch Farm.

&

Blue Heaven Holdings, the company that owns Everton, has its registered office at Bridgewaters and its two directors are an employee of Bridgewaters and an employee of Mr Usmanov's company, USM Holdings.

USM is named after it's main shareholders, Alisher Usmanov, Vladimir Skoch and Farhad Moshiri ... Usmanov, Skoch, Moshiri ... U , S , M ... USM

It says it right here - http://usm-group.com/company ... how about you bother to do some research?

And OF COURSE there will be links between Blue Heaven Holdings - Bridgewaters - USM because they've used Bridgewaters before so why would they not use them again?! As far as I can see there is nothing in the PL rules which state that you can't use an accountancy firm or business services of a company you've already delt with or have ties with e.g. an employee working for both.

Any way... Usmanov IN!

...very surprised Moshiri responded to the interviewer leaving Goodison. He could easily have ignored him shouting through railings. I wonder if he was aware the reporter was there. Lord Ashcroft totally blanked questions with a microphone pushed under his nose, Moshiri virtually swapped punches. Interesting contrast.

We are being caught up in the state controlled BBC 's attack on Putin. Which is why waffler Watson's only response to revelations of financial shenanigans by the rich and powerful, was to ask for us to be investigated.

It would seem a bit dodgy if a Mr Marks owned Man Utd and a Mr Spencer owned Arsenal....
