Riddle me this... if your employer (presuming they are private) starting making huge profits because of a new product / service they were selling and looked into incorporating offshore to mimimise their tax expediture to make the most of this new income and existing income. While doing so they consulted with yourself and the other staff, because they are morally fine corporation. During the consultation they say that in this new structure it would mean an extra 10% / 15% / 20% net salary increase for everyone working for the company, maybe better benefits, maybe an increase annual bonus, extra days holiday for staff, increase in dividends from the free shares you've been given during your years of loyalty to the company?
Would you complain and protest the morality of what they were doing? Reject the plan and the possible upsides for yourself, colleagues and the business? I'm going to say no.
