why do you lot get suckered into this media BS.
there is no way on gods green earth that one of the highest profile young managers in Europe is going to end up here at Everton.
we are a poison chalice with a completely inept board who can not get deals over the line.
this is the board that left Koeman high and dry without a striker or left back last summer.
put it this way, he is ggeting linked to Arsenal AND Napoli, so yes he is very high profile for us.Is he that high profile outside of Everton forums!? I really don’t think he is.

it disturbs me greatly but does not surprise me in the slightest that you had access to such an image lol
if I put 20 quid on fonseca now he would go to evens. He’s 50/1 to get the Arsenal job. Eddie Howe and Jens Lehman are rated as better chances. Among many others.

Napoli are/were fighting for the Italian league and will be in champions league.
everton might draw Yeovil in the carling cup ..
Because he doesn't have an option on BK's shares until the end of this summer was my understanding.why the hell Kenwright is still here is beyond me. why did Moshri line his pockets and then retain the worst chairman in the clubs history?

Also if you're worried about your first few years as major shareholder and your transition to that role after being a minority share holder in a club basically just because of Usmanov it'd be wise to keep a punching bag for the fans (like bill is, rightly or wrongly) to distract from the fact you're having to learn on the go. Adding to that Bill is his guy to run the day to day while he's in London/Monaco and I don't blame him for keeping the guy around who had been doing it anyways while he gets adjusted to ownership.
If reports are to be believed he'll exercise his option on the remaining shares and install Ryazantsev or someone like him as the chairman.
Just my guess at why he kept his role.
It goes to show your idea of making sense is only what makes sense to you.none of it makes any sense.
he could of kept bill on for say 2 weeks to show him the ropes, then got some like a david dein in, who actually knows how to run a football club, instead of stagnating or even regressing as he has done with keeping bill and the old board.
it just goes to show Moshiri is completely inept and out of his depth.

Do you honestly think you, personally, could walk into the club get two weeks training and be a competent owner with how complex and multi layered the entire organization is? Not just the first team and manager, the entire club? I doubt it and don't have a problem with the way he's gone about his journey to ~60-70% ownership when that happens, except for a few faux pas.
I'd rather have an originally hapless billionaire who can literally pay for his mistakes then someone who's very shrewd but ultimately doesn't have the funds.
The time to truly judge the man will be after this summer. If Walsh, Allardyce, and Kenwright are around I'll have turned completely. For now I think it best to reserve judgment.
But by all means rage away. It makes for a more interesting forum.
Yes I have, and you seem to protest something you've done yourself as I suggested he's around to take the heat off Moshiri. Which is a wild guess. How do you know he hasn't been consulting someone like Dein who doesn't want to get so involved in the day to day? You have no clue.have you read anything ive posted.
I said 2 weeks to show him the ropes. Moshiri is an educated man and knows his way round the books etc etc..
and THEN I said, go and employ someone like DEIN who knows how to run a football club.
I think we are all very aware that Kenwright himself does not know how to run a football club, so what is the actual point in retaining him ? he has stumbled from deal to deal, and missed out on dozens of great deals , those that we have heard about after the fact, there will be many many more. he also has 3 failed stadium moves under his tenure, so he is not exactly helpful on that front either.
retaining kenwright and co has been Moshiri's biggest mistake, and it continues to be so.
it is soooooo easy to see.
There won't be a vacancy until then anyway.Realistically, if this is happening, big ‘if’, then nothing will happen until next week. His team play a final tonight and a play off final to finish their season on Sunday. I think it’s quiet because we respect his current position. No news next week = Fonseca probably isn’t coming our way.
