Look at the RS when they appointed Rodgers, they struggled to attract anyone of note, we are a mid table side with crap players and a horrible record over the last 20 odd years

I actually like that formation, just right now it totally doesn't suit us because our players are crap.

Imagine a top left wing back and left winger combo, a creative midfielder instead of Schneiderlin and an actual decent centre back alongside Holgate. That'd make all the difference.
