Between him and Lukaku for Player of the Season. No one else comes close to those two this Season.

Stones hasn't played enough games to be considered, but is definitely a shoe in for Young Player of the Season.

Hes a terrible Captain IMO.

But hes a superb player.

Yeah still not convinced. You don't have to be a vocal captain but I just don't see him show the traits of a leader, bar his excellence in his role.

His form though is fantastic. He's a top, top CB. Was pants at the start of the season but he's been outstanding for a good few months now. But we should know how good he is, considering how long he's been here. He has the odd bit of bad form but all in all, he's as good a CB as we've had in a long, long time.

If he was as good on the ball as Stones he'd probably be at a Club competing higher than what we are you know.

The form before he picked up his cruciate ligament injury was the best id seen in a defender at Everton being only 21 ive not seen the greats, but Jagielka is easily one of the best.

He's really stepped it up since his awful run of form at the start of the season.

I sometimes question his ability as a captain but a quality player no doubt.

He was on another level back then. Remember us playing Liverpool 3 games on the spin when they had Torres in is prime. Kept him in his back pocket.

To be fair to Jags, though he doesn't look as agile or skilful on the ball as Stones, he's adapted well. His passing and occasional runs from deep are good and I don't sweat too much when he's on the ball.

No matter how many times he's knocked he always comes back and reminds you what a top top centreback he is. I know Stones gets the plaudits but what a buy Jags turned out to be when he arrived as a 4 mil utility player. Would prob be even quicker now if he'd not done his cruciate. One performance that oddly sticks with me was Moyes' last Anfield Derby 0-0. He kept us in that singlehandedly.
