Plays like an old man on the football field. Can no longer run, appears to be nowhere near as fit as he should be for this level. He's reached the end of the road; the Championship awaits next season. I think he'd be a good fit for somebody like Aston Villa.

I love Jags, im sure we all do, and he knows it, but the reality is he has gone and we cant afford to have too much sentiment. So many good memories, lets live with them

I've said for 12months he's been on the slide. After last week, when he got dropped and I was saying that's jags getting phased out. Still people on here were saying he's good for another season or two.

That's the problem, some fans can't let go.
I really do hope that the money that was mentioned in the summer is available. I think RK will be ruthless, he won't care about jags and baines, being stalwarts of the team for 10yrs. Or that Coleman cost 60k. If he wants them out the team he will do it.

I do still think baines can do a good job, but seems to have picked up a lot of injuries over the last couple of years

Jags' decline makes selling Stones look all the more idiotic. Not to mention we made no use of the financial benefits. Our defence are a shambles. Old and bottlers.

TBF We had no choice in selling Stones he wanted to go but I think you're right we didn't spend the money wisely.
