Someone posted a pictured of Lukaku with his head in his hands and a caption of something similar to this

When you see Jagielka on the teamsheet..

Jags liked the post and and said this is a great fan page everyone should follow or something along those lines..

Feel a bit for him tbh but lately hes been awful but i dont think he should be getting it all on his own when we have a team full of players under performing.

RK had a reputation for taking tough decisions yet he has allowed Jags to play week in week out.

Jags is either had a bad run of form or is coming to the end of his career but either way he should have been dropped a long time ago. He had a lot to do with conceding that early goal at Soton and his fingerprints have been found on lots of dodgy goals this season and yet he still plays. The parallel with Howard is clear. Howard personally cost us and RM lots of points and should have been dropped 18 months before he finally went. The 2-3 home defeat by Palace was the last straw for me. And the City performance was Jag's low point for me.

The whole team stinks at the moment but the stand-out non-performer is Jags whose awful decision making, inability to head the ball, and lack of leadership demand that he should be out.

Maybe it's just about chemistry and confidence between Ash and Jags.Jags has pretty much been top dog but not anymore he used to make all the decisions to step out or stay. Now that's changed with Ash so he's been too hesitant.

Had a feeling Jagielka could have found his way to Sunderland in the summer.

Could happen in January - especially if we're still looking at Kone.

I don't think he'd have thought twice about it in the summer but will probably be giving it some real thought right now. I can't imagine that Everton has been a happy place to work for a long time, and with the way his season has been going he might be cottoning on to the fact that his standard of play is dropping below our level.

Jagielka is a truly appalling captain. He's never been a leader and its scandalous he's been given that honour for so long and done nothing to justify it, he's got to be up with the worst captain's we've ever had, even Neville (awful player that he was), rallied the players when they needed him to. Let's by all means discuss the lack of managerial leadership but we shouldn't forget the embarrassing lack of leadership on the pitch. I'm not saying he was a bad player, there's was a time when he was a great player but he hasn't even been half good for a long time now.

Yes, big improvement today without him. Thought Williams and Funes Mori were immense, offering no room at all to a high-class Watford attack. Our captain for the day was.. Well I can't say what he was because I didn't know if we had a captain or not.
But whoever it was, then yes, we are much better without Jagielka.

The fact that there is no difference when he's on the pitch or not is quite telling isn't it? We lack leadership all over the park but Jagielka has been our captain for years and doesn't lead when he's on. He's deserved to be dropped. Williams and Mori still better then Jags.
