Just leading by example when he's on the pitch and not being as silent as the grave would be nice. Today's result obviously has nothing to do with my criticism of him and it's not like I rate the other two clowns. This is a long standing issue about lack of leaders on the pitch and as captain he should take some responsibility for that.

What matters is that they were both awful and were the reason we lost today.

Personally think he has often shown leadership on the pitch by his performances, like he did at Wembley last year despite being injured.

But then I have never been a big fan of the Terry/Gerrard yell at someone style, just seems like trying to publicly humiliate a teammate a lot of the time.
